This is a US-Made Guild Starfire IV. The Starfire IV is a classic in its own right, and unfortunately no longer made in the US. It's got slightly sharper, I think more elegant, contours than an ES-335, but is overall very similar to the Gibson. The difference lies in the build quality: whereas Gibsons can be pretty sloppy, this Guild has a perfect fit and finish (I'd say it's on the level of Heritage Custom).
This Starfire IV from around 1999-2000 features a beautiful flame maple body, mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard. It's got Guild's own humbuckers, which offer a bit more chime compared to Gibson's pickups. It sounds wonderful, and the neck is fast and comfortable. As any good semi-hollow, it can handle almost any musical genre perfectly.
Condition: mint, with barely any playing trace (just a tiny bit of wear on the frets, and the metal brace for the pickguard shows some slight corrosion).
Repairs: touched up solder joint
Modifications: none
Included: Guild hard shell case
