The Les Paul Junior is perennially cool, making the most out of its simple setup. As it should, it comes with a single P90 pickup and a wraparound bridge - this is the recipe for clarity, punch and sustain. Everything is bolted to a lightweight mahogany body and the glued-in neck is of course also mahogany, with a lovely dark rosewood for the fingerboard. The result is a light guitar (3,28 kg), feeling a lot more lively and resonant than current Juniors, with a clear and bold tone - which you can of course tame with the controls. It's a guitar that will do pretty much everything you want, in a way that is both spectacular and easy-going.
Condition: good, with some buckle wear and a couple of spots of wear through the thin nitro finish on the body and neck. Fully original, no mods or repair.
